Why are the spots cheaper?
An empty slot earns a business nothing. Most would rather fill it at a discount than lose the whole fee, so they set a price that moves it quickly.
What happens if I hold a spot and don't confirm?
The hold expires after 5 minutes and the spot goes to the next person on the alert list. Nothing is charged.
Can I cancel a spot I booked?
Yes, up to the business's own cut-off, which is shown before you book. Inside the cut-off the business may charge its usual late-cancellation fee.
Will my regular clients see discounted prices?
Only for slots you post, and you can limit alerts to new clients. Your normal booking page and prices stay as they are.
